Record is in NEAR EXCELLENT CONDITION. light surface mark due to removal of record froim sleeve on one occasion, does not affect sound!..Does not appear to have been played very much at all!...NICE AND FLAT AND CLEAN
The SLEEVE is near excellent, just a tiny tiny crease on the top left corner (I almost missed it!)., showing very minor signs of wear on corners
Newsletter is complete , having a small tear/ crease at the top fold (approx 2cm) and a tiny tear arrox 5 cm down the right hand edge (Less than half a cm!)....pictorial & fragile item makes this prone to damage and therefore uncommon
