On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Beatles called 'Beatles For Sale' and is a VERY rare 1964 MONO UK 1st pressing on the 1st Press Yellow & Black Parlophone label!!!! THIS LP IS INCREDIBLY HARD TO FIND AS AN 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING WITH 3N/3N MATRIXES!!!! THE 'EARLIEST' MONO 1ST PRESSINGS OF THIS LP HAD 3N/3N MATRIXES AND THIS WAS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY CHANGED TO THE STANDARD 1ST PRESS MATRIXES OF 3N/4N. AS A RESULT TODAY IT IS VERY HARD TO FIND A MONO 1ST PRESSING WITH 3N/3N MATRIX ENDINGS!!!! NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP HAS A STUNNING COVER FOR ONCE!!!! THE COVER ON THIS LP IS VERY FRAGILE AND IS WELL KNOWN FOR TURNING UP IN TERRIBLE CONDITION. BUT NOT THIS ONE!!!! THE COVER ON THIS LP IS IN STUNNING CONDITION!!!! THIS LP IS EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND AS AN 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING WITH 3N/3N MATRIX ENDINGS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MASSIVELY RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is an ORIGINAL 1964 MONO 1st Pressing with a Yellow & Black Parlophone Label, 'Sold in the UK' text, a KT Tax Code, 'First Published' text, and the 'Parlophone Company' edge text. The matrix numbers are XEX 503-3N and XEX 504-3N. The mother and stamper codes are 4/GMP & 4/TG. The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is PMC 1240 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Yellow & Black Parlophone label (see picture) and is a MONO 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are Pure quality Beatles at their best!!!! Any fan of The Beatles, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!
The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a VERY few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in BRILLIANT visual condition with the playing grade only slightly less. Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only 1 VERY light hairline, 2 or 3 light surface marks, and only a few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is great to find that the playing of the record is almost as STUNNING as the visual!!!! It plays with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!! However there is some background noise on the run on grooves, and gaps, etc - though this is virtually lost in the music!!!! The actual sound quality is VERY clear indeed with NO groovewear and NO distortion!!!! The record must visually grade Very Good++++ if not better - with the playing grade slightly below this for the reason mentioned above. Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL Emitex inner sleeve!!!! The 1st Press Laminated Flipback Gatefold MONO Cover is in SUPERB condition and virtually IMPOSSIBLE to find like this!!!! Firstly and most importantly this cover has NO wear and NO 'holes' to the spinal corners, and this is virtually IMPOSSIBLE on this cover!!!! The cover has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only VERY slight corner wear, only a VERY few light creases (Cover is VERY flat looking), AWESOME shiny laminate and NO writing!!!! The opening edges are beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated inside of the cover is in STUNNING condition with NO wear, NO rubbing, NO grubbyness, and NO yellowing!!!! The Cover must grade FULL Excellent if not better - and it is SO RARE in this SUPERB condition!!!! THIS LP IS MASSIVELY RARE WITH A STUNNING COVER LIKE THIS ONE HAS, AND RARER STILL AS ONE OF THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSINGS WITH 3N/3N MATRIX ENDINGS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
