ITEM CONDITION:

VINYL APPEARANCE:  Excellent+  A really glossy, jet black disc that has lost none of its original lustre. In daylight it looks superb and flawless with a gleaming sheen to the surface. Even angling the disc into stronger light all I can detect are few of the light whispy marks you see when  an album is removed from the inner sleeve. It looks barely played. (I grade according to the Rare Record Price Guide)

VINYL AUDIO: Excellent+/Near Mint:  I have played the album in its entirety and audio is stunning on both sides. There are no clicks, jumps, skips or distortion. Best of all, none of the light crackle which you might expext from an album of this age. On my system, just beautiful mono quality with every note heard exactly as it was intended. (I grade conservatively according to the Rare Record Price Guide)

SLEEVE: VG (at least) The album is housed in its original Garrod & Lofthouse gatefold, laminated flipback sleeve with the outline mono label. The top and bottom edges are in good condition with signs of storage wear. All 4 corners show signs of wear. The laminate is tight, with 3 laminate creases - one running horizontally from top to bottom of front cover and  1 diagonally on top right and bottom left corners respectively. The spine is slightly flattened with 2 laminate cracks but spine lettering clear and legible. Inside of gatefold excellent as is back cover. Overall the cover has fared remarkably well for an item of this age. I have housed the item in a plastic sleeve for added protection. (I grade covers conservatively according to the Rare Record Price Guide)

INNER SLEEVE:  the album comes complete with original EMITEX inner which is excellent condition. I have removed the album from this and housed it in a new plain white paper sleeve in order to protect the original.

LABELS: The iconic Parlaphone labels are in excellent condition. Parlaphone Co/sold in UK text featured. The yellow, black and silver colours are rich and vibrant and remain un-rubbed. The typeface is perfectly legible. The lightest of spindle wear. No marks and no graffiti.
