On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Beatles called "Abbey Road" and is an ORIGINAL 1969 UK 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Dark Apple label!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS IS ONE OF THE BEATLES RAREST LPs EVER - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!  IT IS ONE OF THE MOST SOUGHT AFTER LPs ON THE APPLE LABEL - AND IS INCREDIBLY HARD TO LOCATE TODAY!!!!  BUT WHAT MAKES THIS LP REALLY SPECIAL - IS THAT IT IS ONE OF THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSINGS OF THIS LP EVER MADE!!!!  FOR ALTHOUGH IT HAS THE STANDARD 'ALIGNED' APPLE LOGO (SEE PICTURES) ON THE REVERSE OF THE COVER - IT DOES HAVE THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING NO 'HER MAJESTY' CREDIT ON THE LABELS (THIS WAS LATER CORRECTED!)!!!!  SO THERE IS NO DOUBT AT ALL - THAT THIS IS ONE OF THE 'EARLIEST' PRESSINGS OF THIS LP EVER MADE - AND VERY HARD TO FIND LIKE THIS NOW!!!!

BUT WHAT MAKES THIS LP EVEN RARER STILL - IS THAT IT IS AN ULTRA RARE 'FACTORY SAMPLE' 1ST PRESSING!!!!  AND THIS IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ON THIS LP!!!!  'FACTORY SAMPLE' 1ST PRESSINGS WERE ONLY EVER PRESSED IN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNTS (NO MORE THAN A FEW HUNDRED COPIES ONLY!), AND WERE ONLY EVER USED FOR 'IN-HOUSE' USE BY EMI / APPLE THEMSELVES (FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES), TAKEN BY EMPLOYEES AT THE TIME (BY PERMISSION OF THE MANAGEMENT), OR VERY OCCASSIONALLY ONE WAS GIVEN OUT TO 'IMPORTANT VISITORS' TO THE FACTORY - SUCH AS PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS FOR EXAMPLE!!!!  THEY WERE NEARLY ALWAYS ONE OF THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSINGS EVER MADE - AND ARE NOW VERY VERY HARD TO FIND!!!!  AND OF COURSE, ALTHOUGH YOU CAN NEVER BE 100% CERTAIN THAT THEY WERE ON THIS LP FROM NEW (UNLESS YOU HAVE THE FULL LPs HISTORY!) - IN THIS CASE, I HAVE EXAMINED THE STICKER VERY CAREFULLY INDEED - AND IT IS 100% GENIUNE (NOT A RE-PRINT!), AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO EVIDENCE OF 'RE-STICKING'!!!!  THE STICKER IS ALSO 100% FLAT TO THE TOUCH TOO - LEADING ME TO STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT IT HAS BEEN ON THIS LP FROM NEW, AND THE STICKER ITSELF IS DEFINITELY 100% GENIUNE IN ALL RESPECTS!!!!  BARELY ANY 'FACTORY SAMPLE' PRESSINGS OF THIS LP WERE EVER MADE - MAKING THIS LP OF THE UTMOST RARITY (ESPECIALLY IN THIS CONDITION!)!!!!

NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN SUPERB CONDITION - AND CLEARLY HASNT BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL!!!!  JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1969 UK 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS DARK APPLE LABEL, 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS NO 'HER MAJESTY' LABEL CREDIT, ORIGINAL BLACK APPLE INNER SLEEVE (SEE BELOW FOR REFERENCE), AND 1ST PRESS FULLY LAMINATED 'GARROD & LOFTHOUSE' NARROW SPINE 'ALIGNED APPLE' COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL Apple UK 1st Pressing from 1969 and is in SUPERB condition!!!!  The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The matrix numbers are YEX 749-2 & YEX 750-1 (the 1st Press Matrixes!).  The Cat. No is PCS 7088 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press 'DARK' Green Apple label (see picture) and is a Stereo 1st pressing (there were NO Monos)!!!!

The record labels are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a VERY few light spindle marks!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HASNT BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL!!!!  The vinyl is in SUPERB condition!!!!  Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only 1 VERY light hairline (completely NON sounding!), NO scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND LOOKS SUPERB!!!!  It is also great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual!!!!  It plays with NO pops, NO jumps, NO sticks, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  The record must grade Excellent(Minus) if not better!!!!  SUPERB RECORD!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!!  I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The record also comes in what looks to be its ORIGINAL 1st Press Black inner sleeve which is in BRILLIANT condition - with NO edge splits, NO centre hole splits, some typical slight 'ruffling', and NO repairs either!!!!  However - I am undecided about this inner sleeve (and I mean that sincerely - I really dont know).  It has EVERY SINGLE correct characteristic (one centre hole, flipback construction, etc!), and clearly has some age to it (so it certainly ISNT a recent replacement!)!!!!  However the paper just looks a bit 'different' to ones I have seen before - though only marginally so!!!!  So it very well could be a 100% GENIUNE 1st Press inner sleeve (and looks BRILLIANT!), and certainly ISNT a recent replacement - but I just cannot be 100% certain (sorry!).  The ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Garrod & Lofthouse' FULLY Laminated 'Narrow Spine' Cover is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear (SUPERB flat & straight spine!), only VERY slight corner wear (NOT through the colour!), only a few VERY light creases (cover is VERY flat looking indeed!), NO rips, NO tears, shiny laminate, NO edge splits, only the usual VERY slight record impression, NO annotations, only an absolutely MEGA thin line of laminate lifting along 1 edge, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edge is beautifully straight with barely ANY feathering AT ALL!!!!  Even the laminated back of the cover is in BRILLIANT condition with NO grubbyness, NO yellowing, VERY shiny laminate, and NO writing!!!!  The cover must grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!!  BRILLIANT COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
