The BEATLES 45. GERMANY Original press Single on GREEN ODEON Labels, issue O-22-623. From early 1964, unique release of two Beatles big hits on this RARER single pairing: I WANT TO HOLD YOUR HAND and ROLL OVER BEETHOVEN. Most of these early singles were released without Picture Sleeves and pressed with this common Green ODEON label style, like this one with “Made in Germany” printed in a Straight line near the bottom label edge, 1963-1966, but later songs and reissues had “Made in Germany” printed in a curve along the bottom label rim!! This one is the Original “straight line” version, so you know it is an original issued before 1967!!! And it comes in common White sleeve and as ALSO HAS A REPRO ODEON GREEN COMPANY SLEEVE, see photos 3-4!! This Black Vinyl Condition is Goldmine EX, fully shiny, some scuffs or vinyl marks but fully clean writing, and plays thru great. Note, there is a name written in red ink on A Side. B side is clean! Yet it’s a SUPER Collectable from Germany! There were the original 15 Unique early (never reissued) Germany Odeon Green Beatles singles, Hard to Find!! They are the Green Odeon Singles NOT reissued in 1976, forming the COME BACK series of 27 singles!! Both sides of this disc are MONO!! Stereo did not become common on 45s till 1969! Neither of these 2 songs are on my HTF List! Both are COMMON (from US or UK).
