The BEATLES. 45 rpm Black vinyl record. With PICTURE SLEEVE and COMPANY SLEEVE. Vinyl Condition is Goldmine VG+. Vinyl has scuffs but plays great for 55 year old record. Sleeves are just VG, nice but clearly used and edge worn. Still a SUPER Collectable. The first of 3 Japan series of Beatles 45s. This was the first issue. Songs are PLEASE MISTER POSTMAN and MONEY. Two classic Beatles tunes from 1963 UK LP With the Beatles. Both later on US Beatles Second Album in 1964. About when this was released in Japan. MONEY is number 71 and PLEASE MISTER POSTMAN is number 84 on my list of Top 100 Hard to Find Beatles Songs. This is a nice way to get 2 of the Top 100 on one 45. Request a copy of my Top 100 Hard to Find Beatles songs on 45 list, if interested. Odeon 45s are not too hard to find EX or better but they cost $40+. Japan records are well cared for there. Odeon Japan vinyl records are considered the best in the world for sound quality and longevity! All Odeon Japan Beatles records from 60s were then reissued on Apple labels thru 70s. Then again reissued as EMI-Odeon discs in 1977/1980. Half in Stereo. Half Mono. And Japan Stereo is awesome! Both sides of this one are MONO. Stereo did not become common on 45s till 1969!
