SPECIFIC CONDITION OF THIS ITEM IS AS FOLLOWS:

The front cover, as you can see from the photos, is awesome. Factory glue residue/professional touch up is not a major issue as you can see in the photos. There are no tears or other serious damage to the butcher slick. This is another great peel as you can see in the photos with no major issues as far as the butcher cover is concerned.  As you can see, the minor staining on the trunk slick didn't really adversely effect the butcher cover.

We are one of the only in house professional butcher peelers on Ebay and would put this particular peel up against just about anything out there. As far as the physical issues of the jacket are concerned, the top seam is completely tight and intact. We've added a few very close samples of the cover. The extreme close up photo that shows the catalog number and song titles at top shows the slight age line where the trunk cover was attached and remained for forty years. The cover, in general, is pretty white for its age. The spine is included as well which shows the very tiny chips missing at very top and bottom. A better than average spine compared to most. All of the printing is nice and legible. The back has minor staining on top right and a pen mark under the Capitol logo. Other than this, there is a small paper chip on the bottom left. The back and the rest of the jacket is fairly white with very little wear other than the minor issues mentioned. This jacket is solid enough for a record an inner sleeve to comfortably be inserted into the jacket as seen in the photo, however we strictly advise against this as it is safer to avoid any pressure on the 40+ year old paper. No big deal and this is why the reserve is marked down below $900. This may not be for the ultra picky buyer, but this is the perfect Butcher for those who don't want to spend $1200 or more but want a Genuine 1966 3rd State Stereo Butcher Cover that looks just as nice in regard to the Butcher slick.

Auction includes stereo record which came with this piece and is in G(a few scratches but hasn't been play graded so were being conservative here) condition with the original orange Capitol inner sleeve . The removed trunk slick is included and is nice and solid but shows a bit of a stain.
