Well, this is it folks. This is my last week of selling the big stuff on eBay! It's been a great 6 months and I hope there have been gaps in your collection that have now been filled. This week is my final push of some of the best records and memorabilia I have! Thank you all so much for following me!
Please be aware that all records are VISUALLY graded only - all grades are given based on how they appear under my desk lamp - since I do not own a record player. I cannot guarantee that discs will be click and skip free, although any marks and scratches that might possibly cause such problems will be highlighted clearly in the description.

This auction is for a very rare and highly collectible copy of the Beatles LP 'Let It Be'. This is the original box set of the album that features the red Apple logo on the rear of the LP sleeve and the 'Get Back' book, all presented in a very attractive box!
This was the first issue of the album thst came out on May 8th, 1970 and, at a cost of £2:9s:11d, was only available as the box set for the first six months until the standard LP came out in November. By then the box set was no longer available to buy. Due to its initial price it wasn't a big seller at all and, today, has become highly collectible! The book that accompanies the boxset was never made available anywhere else and so the only opportunity fans had to read it was to get the box set. This book alone is highly collectible and contains a huge number of photos from the LIB sessions along with scripts of dialogue, some of which never made it into the final cut of the film.
Sadly, this box set is missing its inner tray, but everything else is included and original.

The outer box sleeve is holding okay but does have some wear and tear. The front has a nice colour with a little dirt buildup on the laminate. There's creasing around the edges with moreso down long the bottom edge. The corners are very worn and have started to tear a little along the folds as you can see in the photos above. Top side is looking okay but the bottom is showing a fair amount of wear and some whitening on the edges. The back, like the front, has some light dirt buildup on the laminate and some wear along the bottom edge that's gone into the card underneath. Overall, holding up okay but showing wear.
. The Outer Tray : FAIR+

The outer tray is showing a fair amount of light, general wear and tear with some quite prominent wear on the sides as shown in the photos above. Holding fine, though.
. The Book : GOOD

The book is holding okay but, as most of these books end up, is looking a little fragile. The cover, as a whole, isn't looking too bad although there is laminate bubbling and splitting down the left side of the front cover. The pages are all included although a number have become loose. There's some light, general dirt buildup on the outside of the book which might be able to be cleaned off. The pages inside seem to be clean and flat with no tape repairs made to any of the pages to the spine.

The cover is holding up very nicely with just a little, light wear and tear. The front has a good colour to it and the laminate is pretty clean with just a little, light dirt buildup in places. There's a little disc impression and there's some creases in the laminate around the edges, mostly around the mouth opening. Top and bottom seams are both holding tightly with no splits or wear except for the bottom seam which has a little wear about an inch in from the mouth edge. The spine is whole with no splits or tears and is fully legible and whole. The back cover is clean with just a little dirt buildup and some light disc impression, and there's a few little creases around the edges. Looking good, overall!

The playing surface has a lovely, crisp shine to it and the playing surface looks really clean and just has a few very light, faint scuffs in one or two places. There's one light scuff on side 2 at the 6 o'clock position that's very light and faint but a little more noticeable. But still, overall, the disc looks really, really good!.

The labels are clean and sharp with no writing, stickers etc. There's just a couple of light, spidery spindlemarks on each label and almost no whitening around the centre hole. Awesome labels!.

All LPs will be mailed out in a strong, corrugated cardboard LP mailing box with the LP outside the sleeve. Extra sheets of corrugated cardboard will be used where applicable and FRAGILE tape used
