Please be aware that all records are VISUALLY graded only - all grades are given based on how they appear under my desk lamp - since I do not own a record player. I cannot guarantee that discs will be click and skip free, although any marks and scratches that might possibly cause such problems will be highlighted clearly in the description.

his auction is for a rare original 1st pressing of the Beatles single 'All You Need is Love' on the Parlophone label. This is the very early 1st pressing that omits both the 'Our World' TV reference and the George Martin producer credit on the label.!
The song was recorded 'live' on the Our World live transmission, the first ever global TV satellite linkup that the Beatles were asked to perform a song on. It was watched by an estimated 350 million people and, the day before the broadcast, it was decided that the song should also be released as a single.
When the single was initially released the labels omitted any mention of the 'Our World' recording as well as not crediting George Martin as producer. This was almost immediately corrected after production began and the labels were quickly altered to include "(Recorded During 'Live' World Television transmission)" under the writing credits. George Martin also got a producers credit under the band title.
Only a small amount of copies came off the production line without the Our World TV credit and so are becoming very hard to find these days!

The original company sleeve is holding up really nicely. It has some light creasing here and there and has browned a little in places, but overall it's holding up fine with no writing, splits or tears or anything. Looking nice! Disc (Visually Graded Only!!) : VG+
The playing surface is looking nice and clean but does have some light scuffing along with a few slightly heavier looking scuffs. Nothing bad or serious, though. Looks played but not abused. Nice condition!

The labels are clean with no writing, tears, stickers etc. There's a little rubbing in places and the silver print does look like it's lost a little of its brightness, but the labels are still looking great with some light spindlewear and a little whitening around the centrehole.
