Well, this is it folks. This is my last week of selling the big stuff on eBay! It's been a great 6 months and I hope there have been gaps in your collection that have now been filled. This week is my final push of some of the best records and memorabilia I have! Thank you all so much for following me!
Please be aware that all records are VISUALLY graded only - all grades are given based on how they appear under my desk lamp - since I do not own a record player. I cannot guarantee that discs will be click and skip free, although any marks and scratches that might possibly cause such problems will be highlighted clearly in the description.

This auction is for a rare original 1st pressing of the Beatles legendary LP 'Revolver' on the Parlophone label. This is the mega rare early variation that features the XEX 606-1 matrix in the side 2 deadwax!
When the LP was initially put into production, side 2 had a matrix number of 606-1 and 'Remix 11' of the song 'Tomorrow Never Knows'. The story goes that when the first albums were pressed each Beatle was given a copy to listen to John listened to his and was unhappy with the track Tomorrow Never Knows, and quickly told George Martin. Production was stopped as a new master was prepared with 'Remix 8' of the song being used in replacement, and given the matrix XEX 606-2
These 606-1 presses were only in production for a very, very short amount of time before the mix of TNK was changed. Today they are highly collectible and a must for all Beatle collections!

The cover is holding up nicely with just your general, light wear and tear. The front has a nice, clean laminate to it and just a hint of light disc impression. There's a little, light browning down the mouth edge and a little creasing around the edges but nothing at all serious. Top and bottom seams are both holding fine with no splits or wears of any kind and are holding perfect. Spine is looking great with no splits or wear and is fully legible! The back is very clean and the image is very nice - usually these dark back covers are very prone to disc wear as they have no laminate. Saying that though there's a little rubbing and light browning at the opening but the rest looks very nice! The overflaps are all stuck down nice with just a few little creases in them. There's a larger crease at the top right as you can see in the photos above. Overall, though, nice sleeve! Inner Sleeve: EX-

The original plastic-lined inner sleeve is included. The corners have some light creases and there's a small letter A written in pen in the corner. The opening looks very clean and free of wear and the seams are all holding find with no tears or splits. The plastic lining is still stuck tightly to the opening and hasn't come away that I can see. The playing surface has a nice shine to it. Side 1 has some light, faint scuffing and also a few slightly heavier long scuffmarks. Side 2 has some light scuffing but, bar one single, slightly heavier looking scuff that's at 2 o'clock and runs over the playing surface from out edge to label, is pretty clean. Look nice overall. These usually turn up pretty trashed!.

The labels are clean with bright, silver text. Both labels have a fair amount of light, faint spindlewear and a little whitening around the centrehole. Nice labels!.

All LPs will be mailed out in a strong, corrugated cardboard LP mailing box with the LP outside the sleeve. Extra sheets of corrugated cardboard will be used where applicable and FRAGILE tape used
