Description
After 20 years of collecting, the time has come for me to sell my Beatles collection and let other collectors appreciate some of the records and memorabilia I've accumilated over the years. Please check out my other listings and remember to save me as a favourite seller, as every week I'll be listing more and more increasingly rare, collectible and desirable Beatles records!
Please be aware that all records are VISUALLY graded only - all grades are given based on how they appear under my desk lamp - since I do not own a record player. I cannot guarantee that discs will be click and skip free, although any marks and scratches that might possibly cause such problems will be highlighted clearly in the description.

This auction is for an original, 1st press copy of the Australian Beatles LP 'Greatest Hits Volume 1'!
A collection of the Beatles big hits up until 1966. Today copies are getting increasingly hard to find and this respectible copy would look good in any record collection!

The cover is made from thin, semi laminated card and so was very fragile. This cover is showing usual wear for fragile covers but, overall, is holding up okay. The front has a rich colour to it and some light dirt buildup over the cover, most notably along the top and edges. Seams and spine are showing wear but have not split or torn through. Same with the spine, which is still pretty legible but has some wear and tears, but has not split. Back cover has yellowed a little and has some noticeable dirt buildup, especially around the mouth edge and spine edge. There's also light but noticeable disc impression highlighted by the dirt buildup. Overall, definitely showing its age but holding up okay. Disc (Visually Graded Only!!) : VG+/EX-

The playing surface has a lovely, crisp shine to it and just some light, faint scuffs in a few places. There's a double, very light little surface scratched on side 1 at the 1 o'clock position, but looks superficial. I can't feel it under the finger. Overall, very nice vinyl!

The labels are clean, crisp and clear with bright text. The labels have some fingerprints on them, as can be seen in the photos above, but there's no wear, tear, writing, stickers etc, no real visible spindlewear and no whitening around the centrehole. Nice labels!.

All records have been visually graded under a strong, 125W natural light desk lamp.

All LPs will be mailed out in a strong, corrugated cardboard LP mailing box with the LP outside the sleeve. Extra sheets of corrugated cardboard will be used where applicable and FRAGILE tape used
