After 20 years of collecting, the time has come for me to sell my Beatles collection and let other collectors appreciate some of the records and memorabilia I've accumilated over the years. Please check out my other listings and remember to save me as a favourite seller, as every week I'll be listing more and more increasingly rare, collectible and desirable Beatles records!
Please be aware that all records are VISUALLY graded only - all grades are given based on how they appear under my desk lamp - since I do not own a record player. I cannot guarantee that discs will be click and skip free, although any marks and scratches that might possibly cause such problems will be highlighted clearly in the description.

This auction is for an insanely rare JAMAICAN Stereo pressing of the Beatles LP 'Meet The Beatles' on the Capitol label!
Information about the Jamaican presses is pretty scarce, but what is known is that they were issued in imported US Capitol sleeves and, due to the fact that Jamaica had a very small population of a couple million people it's thought that only a very small number of discs were ever pressed! Some have even estimated that it could have been just a few thousand!
The Jamaican presses of Meet The Beatles pretty much never come up for sale! Just check out Popsike - In the many years that the site has been up and running it has not added a single copy of this LP to its database!

The cover is holding up okay but is showing its age with light, general wear and tear. The front cover has some light wear and disc rubbing as you can see in the photo at the otp. It's yellowed slightly in the pale areas but overall rtetains a nice, blue tint to it. Edges and corners are a little rubbed but nothing serious. Top seam has worn a little but hasn't split or torn. Bottom seam has a little more wear but, again, hasn't really split, although judging by looking inside the sleeve the middle is looking very fragile. The back cover has yellowed a little with some light browning on the edges. There's some light stains at the bottom to the left of ,and on, the photo. But, overall, nothing too serious. The playing surface has a really nice shine to it. There's a fair amount of light, faint scuffing that I can really only see under my desk lamp, along with a little slightly heavier looking scuffs. Nothing at all serious though and nothing feelable under the fingernail. Looking good!.

The labels are clean with bright, silver text. There's no real damage to see at all - no stickers, writing or anything! Both labels have a very light, very faint amount of spindlewear and just a touch of whitening around the centrehole - a little moreso on the side 2 label.

All records have been visually graded under a strong, 125W natural light desk lamp.

All LPs will be mailed out in a strong, corrugated cardboard LP mailing box with the LP outside the sleeve. Extra sheets of corrugated cardboard will be used where applicable and FRAGILE tape used
