Description

 You are looking at Beach House's ultra-rare self-titled LP on HeartBreak Beat Records.  Beautiful white vinyl with a glossy printed insert.  Vinyl is visually near mint, though there is some surface noise, particularly toward the end of side two.  The sleeve is a NM, with only a very slight ding on the top left-hand corner.  Overall the record is in excellent shape, and it sounds great! 

I store the record in a poly antistatic inner sleeve and a poly outer sleeve that I will include in shipment.  Please feel free to ask any questions, and check out my other auctions for more rare indie and metal vinyl.  Happy bidding!
