BBC TRANSCRIPTION SERVICE LP containing

IN CONCERT – 507(i) and (ii) (CN 5661/S).

This LP, which dates from early 1991, features:

 

THE HOUSE OF LOVE

and

THE CHARLATANS

 

THE HOUSE OF LOVE tracks which were recorded

by the BBC at the Guild Hall at Preston are:

I DON’T KNOW WHY I LOVE YOU; ROAD;

THE BEATLES AND THE STONES; SE DEST; NEVER;

CHRISTINE and SHINE ON.

 

THE CHARLATANS tracks which were recorded

by the BBC at the King Georges Hall in Blackburn are:

THE ONLY ONE I KNOW; YOU’RS NOT VERY WELL; POLAR BEAR;

I CAN’T EVEN BE BOTHERED; FLOWER; OVER RISING and THEN.

 

The original BBC continuity sheet is included, together with a

photocopy of the BBC catalogue page for THE CHARLATANS tracks.

 

The disc plays very well, and the yellow BBC jacket

has writing and tape marks on the back.
