Very good British-only issue. Featuring various original artists and orchestras.

Highlights include the original BBC themes to Grandstand, Match of the Day, Sportsnight, World Cup '78 and Ski Sunday.
This album has never had a release on CD so this remains the only available source for this great compilation from 40 years ago.
Condition VINYL: VG+. Looks wonderfully clean on visual inspection. Side 1 label is bubbling, likely a mistake in the pressing where two labels have been stuck but the top one does not fully adhere. Just one or two faint short hairlines on each side but nothing major – and no deep scratches. Played just pre-listing and sound clarity is fabulous throughout. Little to no static/surface noise at run-ins. Plays with no sticking, skipping or jumping except for a split-second jump at very start of side 1 cue. Overall, a superb listen. OUTER SLEEVE/COVER: VG. Colours are unfaded on gloss front and back. Wear/bends to corners. Spine has splits and nicks. Bottom edge scuffed, top edge less so. Creasing in from spine and some curved ceases over front. Aperture in good shape with light nicks. Back of sleeve has more curved creases and disc outline but no other major defects. Very good overall. INNER SLEEVE: VG. White paper with centre hole and curved aperture corners. Clean and intact with no side rips but one side flipover partly unstuck. A nice example.
