I HAVE JUST BOUGHT THE BEST NEW WAVE OF BRITISH HEAVY METAL / HEAVY METAL / HARD ROCK COLLECTION I HAVE SEEN IN 35+ YEARS. THIS COLLECTION CAME FROM AN INDUSTRY PERSON WHO WORKED IN THE MUSIC INDUSTRY BETWEEM THE LATE 70'S AND LATE 80'S SPECIALISING IN ONLY NWOBHM / HARD ROCK / METAL ETC....so keep watching over the next few weeks, as a lot of the items I have for sale never been offered before, most come with letters and promo inserts etc....
This is a RARE, ORIGINAL, UNIQUE AND UNRELEASED UK ISSUE ONE SIDED 12" ACETATE by the NEW WAVE OF BRITISH HEAVY METAL band BATTLEAXE from around 1983, ORIGINAL UK ONE SIDED ACETATE IN AMAZING CONDITION AND A MUST !!! I am not sure of the track name as the only information on the sleeve is the band's name BATTLEAXE, but I have played the band's 2 albums and this track is NOT featured on any of them, it sounds more like the band's first album in style as it is more raw and fast !!! there is even a snippet of another track ( 20 seconds) after the main track finish, THIS ACETATE IS THE ONLY CHANCE TO GET THESE TRACKS !!! This ACETATE was sent to a major ROCK RADIO STATION DJ (from where the collection I am selling came from) so it might have been a DEMO / SESSION track or something special AND COULD WELL BE A ONE OF A KIND !!!, I will gladly play the track over the phone if you contact me (I have no way currently of transfering this to MP3 format). The 12" ACETATE comes with no label which makes me think this was done specially for the ROCK DJ and not available anywhere else !!!
This copy comes with the ORIGINAL die cut sleeve with only the band name hand written on it and the condition is: ACETATE is EX++ (played once, best condition ACETATE I HAVE EVER SEEN from the period). DON'T LET THIS RARE NEW WAVE OF BRITISH HEAVY METAL / BATTLEAXE UNRELEASED ONE SIDED UK 12" ACETATE get away as you will NEVER see another one !!!
