“The Return” 19??/200? LP (Unknown Label) TEST PRESSING
***This is the same article that I put on ebay around 2 months ago but wasn't sold.
The second master piece from one of the best and pioneer black metal band!
I think that is one of the rarest Bathory item that I’ve seen.
I’ve seen other Bathory test press, but in black vinyl and with typical white circle label. This is a clear/white wax version made by “The music connection”. I don’t sure if this test press is made by Black mark, Combat or Banzai… maybe UOF (but UOF only made black wax) or another press that never was released. I don’t know… I obtained this one from an old friend by trade in early 2000’s, in a transparent bag, without cover or another info.
The cover is oldest than the LP, not part of the test press, because is a misprint cover from UOF and I put together with the vinyl. You can check that is a bit different than the original cover.
Only for true Black metal / Bathory collectors.
*** I repeat, I don’t know about the exactly origin of this edition. The only press with similar description is an actual press from Brasil, but I think that is almost impossible to be this copy. Maybe is a test press that never was released. I’m not trying to rip off you. Please, use your judgment before to bid.
No insert or lyric sheet.
Condition: Cover in perfect conditions without marks (check images). 9/10.
Vinyl is in perfect conditions, not scratches, not marks… play perfect! 9/10
