BATHORY Under the Sign of the Black Mark LP New Renaissance Records NRR33 US issue
Includes lyric insert.  Both the cover and an included 8x10 glossy appear to be autographed by Quorthon to someone that worked for Important which was the distributor of this record.  Caveat: I cannot verify this.  I do not deal in autographs or even care much for them but this is how the record was when I got it.  I believe that it's real but once again have no way to verify.
