ITALIAN BOSSA NOVA LIBRARY MASTERPIECE FOR SALE

Very rare, original Library recording from the very elusive Cooper label, part of Leonardi publishing group, and featuring the established guitar-duo Baroncini-D'Amario, two of the most talented Italian guitarists ever. In the middle of recording sessions for Ennio Morricone's famed soundtracks and collaborations with infamous groups like I MARC 4 and italian artists such Piero Umiliani, Sandro Brugnolini etc., maestros Angelo Baroncini and Bruno Battisti D'Amario dedicated a part of their musical works and research on a series of Library recordings focused on guitar styles, ranging from Bossa Nova to Jazz, Blues and also some Psychedelic Underground stuff. This volume, JAZZ AT MERIDIANA - BOSSA NOVA is one of the three volumes released on Cooper that includes music composed and arranged by the two artists, directed by maestro D'Amario, and it's a full Bossa Nova treasure. Mellow arrangements, soothing atmospheres, sweet flutes and guitars, soft drums, xilophones and so on. Superb recording and highly collectible Italian Library LP.

Record: VG+ condition, sounds a fixed light sibilance/noise on 3 tracks on B-side, the rest sounds great with light background noises a few pops here and there, overall a nice VG+ copy. Check the clip with the whole album rip.
Sleeve: lovely EX shape, it shows unforunately some pen writings on front and back.
