Vinyl : NM/M-, Sleeve VG+ (The white part of the picture sleeve has a vase painted on it with black marker. I have no idea if the
illustration is made by the artist or not. Also there is a pen marking on top of the left corner which says No. 233. Comes with black
and white inserts.
