This record is in excellent condition. It has spindle marks visible on both the labels but there are no pen marks, scuffs, fading or any other serious damage. There is little to no wear around the centres and overall the labels are in nice condition.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are very clean overall and have nothing at all major or serious visible. There is some very faint lines and sleeve 'scuffs' visible when angled but these are all very minor and overall the vinyl is in nice shape. There is also some strange 'blotchy' or 'mottled' areas on each side which although faint and purely superficial can be seen in places. There are a few more extremely minor light wispy lines visible in bright light but not a drastic amount and again nothing deep or sinister. The record has no serious scuffs, nasty marks or blemishes and despite the faint 'mottling' still has a nice shine.
I play tested the record and it played really well. It lays flat on the deck but and upon playing there is little to no arm movement noticeable on side 1, but there is a fraction of a raise noticeable on side 2. This is mild however and of course not at a level to cause issues to the audio. The audio is excellent throughout with no serious interference at all and there are no skips, sticks, annoying clicks or distortion. There was also next to no surface noise audible with maybe a trace in the run in but almost none during actual play. Overall it was an audio experience of excellent quality and nice clarity throughout and was a pleasure to play test.
The gatefold sleeve(with 'pop-up' badger inside) is in very good+ condition. It has some wear and rubbing to the edges and corners with the writing along the spine now only partially legible. There are no heavy areas of wear however and the sleeve remains strong with no splits anywhere. There are also no tears, scuffs or pen marks and only a mild ring mark showing on the rear. There is however some light age related grubbiness or faint staining to each side. This is not extreme but can be seen faintly in places. Inside the gatefold has the 'pop-up' badger firmly attached and it is fully functional. There is fading inside the gatefold however and also a touch of grubbiness in places. So overall a strong and tidy looking sleeve with the 'pop-up' fully functional but one that has light age related wear and discolouring as mentioned. Please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible as to the sleeves condition.
It contains its original plain white inner which is in very good condition with no splits or pen marks but some age related discolouring, creasing and a small 1cm tear to the central window. I will send the record in a brand new plain white replacement to ensure no damage occurs to the original during transit.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to ensure swift delivery.
