BADFINGER: 4 Smash Hits EP. Apple label. 
Hard to get 4 track. Excellent condition
Track listing:

Cover: Very good to excellent (slight ring mark back cover. Small red sticker on label.) Vinyl: Very good to excellent (very slight surface marks. Hardly noticeable. Does not affect playback.)
  Kept in plastic sleeves.
Almost all my records have not seen a turntable in over 25 years.  They have been stored on shelving, so some may have some ring wear or shelf damage.  If so, any flaws will be described as accurately as possible. They have been very well looked after and most in a plastic sleeve. I have done my best to describe their condition.
