BAD by Michael Jackson, Vinyl, First Pressing, Gatefold, 1987, STILL SEALED. Condition is New. Shipped with USPS Media Mail.
PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING: Many collectors like to collect 'FIRST STATE' older and vintage items. Whether they be vinyl records, toys, etc. 'First State' means 'as it first appeared to the public'. When it comes to toys, original sealed packaging is a must. When it comes to vinyl, the record must be factory sealed. The collectible value of these items is in the fact they have NOT been opened, whether it's a collectible toy or record. If an item has never been opened, then NO ONE and NO SELLER can guarantee that there is no manufacturing issues or flaws with the contents. Therefore, I strongly suggest that if you intend to open a sealed older or vintage item, DO NOT BUY IT! If you are a 'First State' collector and have no intention of unsealing the item, then, go ahead, buy the item and continue adding to your collection. DESCRIPTION: In regards to this particular item, Michael Jackson's BAD, it was purchased when it first came out and stored safely. It is the ORIGINAL FIRST GATEFOLD PRESSING, OE 40600 ON THE EPIC LABEL. It's a gorgeous copy. There are no tears or cuts in the seal and the outer sleeve is bright and vibrant. It looks exactly as it looked in 1987 at point of its original purchase.
