MEGA RARE 45 from 1975. Features three tracks, "Is It For Real" is a pounding modern soul / funk dancer that Ian Wright included in one of his mixes. "It's All Over" is another uptempo banger, while "Girl It's You" is a sweet soul ballad. Have a listen below! Still widely under-the-radar.

Vinyl condition: VG- (lots of very light hairlines, "Is It For Real" plays nice, the other tracks have got more clicks/crackle, listen!)
