Description
J. S. BACH ~ Nathan Milstein “Partitas & Sonatas for Unaccompanied Violin”. Very rare and in-demand US Capitol Records green/gold label 1st press (D1 stampers on all records). Catalog# PCR 8370.
Vinyl condition is EX. Vacuum cleaned. There is some very, very light surface noise (it’s a 64 year old set) and the odd pop hear and there. A few light marks (DNAP) on a couple of sides. Sounds beautiful.
Labels are clean and bright with only minimum light spindle-marks.
Insert is VG+ with some light creasing.
Box front is clean and bright but has fully separated from the back at the spine. Spine gold print is fully legible. Light wear to corners and top left and bottom right corners are split. Edges are mostly fine.
Inner sleeves have been replaced with new anti-static 3 layer sleeves. I will include the 2 original Capitol inner sleeves that were not completely torn.
I will insure this at my own expense when shipping so a signature will be required on delivery.
