BACH 5 x HMV/Decca '60s/'70s LP Box Sets: Munchinger Klemperer Tortelier Etc
Interesting selection of five second hand Bach multi record box sets on the HMV and Decca labels. Boxes show storage wear a but all records in very smart condition.
- KLEMPERER Mass In B Minor HMV Angel SAN 195-7 1968 UK 3 record box set with booklet. VG+/Ex+ Box has some light storage wear and edge/corner scuffing but still smart and fit for purpose. Records in absolutely beautiful near mint shape with virtually no traces of use. Still sharp and crisp. Vinyl has been stored unplayed for some time so could do with a light clean before use. Insdie of box and booklet have traces of storage in poor conditions.
- TORTELIER The Cello Suites HMV SLS 798/3 1970s UK 3 record box set with booklet. VG/Near Mint Box has some light storage wear and minor scuffing scuffing but still smart and fit for purpose. Records in absolutely beautiful near mint shape with virtually no traces of use. Still sharp and crisp. .
- MUNCHINGER Brandenburd Concertos/Four Orchestral Suites/Harpsichord Concertos No. 1 & 2 Decca 14 VV 213-7 1970s UK 5 record box set with booklet. Good/Ex Box has some water damge and minor edge scuffing on one corner otherwise very smart and fit for purpose. Records in very strongest excellent condition. Only minor signs of use when studied closley and absolutely no heavy marks of any decsription. Vinyl has been stored unplayed for some time so could do with a light clean before use. Box and records have some signs of storage in danp conditions.
- KLEMPERER St Matthew Passion HMV SLS 827 1970s UK 4 record box set with booklet. VG+/Ex Box has some light storage wear and edge/corner scuffing but still smart and fit for purpose. Records range from excellent condition to near mint. Occasional very light surface marking on the occasional side otherwise as new. All records still play superbly. .
