This is for a brand new unopened factory sealed vinyl album.  
Cosmic Thing is the fifth studio album by new wave band The B-52's, released in 1989. It contains the singles "Love Shack" and "Roam," which remain two of their most popular tunes.[4] The success of the album served as a comeback after the death of former guitarist Ricky Wilson in 1985.

All songs written by Kate Pierson, Fred Schneider, Keith Strickland, and Cindy Wilson, except "Roam", music by The B-52's, with lyrics by Robert Waldrop.

I had an awful time trying to take pictures without reflections from items in the room because of the plastic wrapping.  I wanted you to see that the white streak on the upper right hand side was a reflection so I took additional pictures in my closet of the album.
