Description

First pressing of “Automatic Writing” by Ataxia, one of the true highlights of John Frusciante’s vast and accomplished career. This exciting, visceral music is rendered beautifully on this first edition vinyl copy in absolutely MINT condition. This has never been played in full. Side One was spun two times only. The vinyl is clean, glossy and beautiful. Perfection on wax! The outer and inner sleeves are in flawless condition. Looks exactly like it did when I took the plastic off when I got it.

This album is all-analog recorded and mastered. This means the audio signal never entered the digital domain. It was recorded with analog instruments and components to an analog board to analog tape and then to the cutting lathe that yielded this original pressing of the album. It is a true AAA release and it must be heard to be believed. Huge, fat, round sound. Every note of the guitar sounds like it’s in 3D. Amazing stuff. Frusciante is a top notch audiophile and analog nut, so you know he’s not settling for anything less than the absolute best sound.

I ship with USPS Priority only. The LP is insured for the winning bid amount. I package all my records safely and tightly. As a collector myself, I know the importance of such things.
