Authentic vintage Beatles album yesterday and today 2nd state paste over, never been peeled butcher cover. whats nice is if you wanted to get this one professionally peeled it feels like the paste over is very lightly stuck on there, i can not say for sure having never tried but it feels like the paste over would come off quite easily. this is the 1966 MONO record album with original promo inner record sleeve and original record (the number on the lower right side of the back of the album is a 3 incase you cant see it in my pics). the record looks to be in very good condition. the album cover is in quite vintage shabby condition with a split on the spine, rubbing, faded areas and some cosmetic scuffs but at least no one scrawled their name on it with some huge old 1970's version of the sharpie. ha. the upper right corner of the paste over has flaked off and there you have it! the coveted butcher cover peering out from underneath. this is an extra spectacular find and an absolute must have for any serious record collector. you know you want to throw this puppy up on your wall and stare at it or perhaps just woop it out when your friends come over for that shock and awe effect. i keep this album in a temperature and humidity controlled environment ,as well as inside a protective sleeve as to perserve its "peel-abilty" the winning bidder will receive a printed out "history of this album" sheet which shall tell the incredible story of how this very album was discovered by treasure hunting record hounds twice! and saved both times from the near demise of a dumpster. once in 1994 and then again in 2006.
