Description

This is part of a big auction of mainly early Atlantic 45's I'm running this week. There are a few cool bonus listings as well. Take a look at these and keep an eye out for a small label auction starting 9/11 as well.
Here's the info on this item:

Release: The Clovers - Don't You Know I Love You / Skylark

Format: 45 rpm 7" single

Year: 1953

Notes: Classic 50's doo-wop sound, but more soulful than most.  Early single by one of the more prolific groups on Atlantic in the 1950's.

Vinyl Condition: VG+, vinyl itself is in great shape with no noticeable scratches or scuffs. It does have some light hazing from liquid exposure. Play tested on AT-LP120 & both sides play very well with almost no background noise at all. No pops/ticks/skips, etc. Labels are pretty nice with a little bit of discoloration and light scuffing.  I would put this right on the border of VG/VG+, but like a few others I'm selling, I'd give it the bump because it plays so well.

Sleeve: The sleeves on most of the records I'm selling were in bad shape due to liquid exposure. I have replaced them with period-correct, original vintage sleeves that I had as extras.  They are the proper sleeves for the records, but not the actual sleeve that was sold with the particular record.  All are in nice shape with just light wrinkling and no tears or splits.

I want buying from me to be a good experience for you. I also know that condition can be very subjective, so I encourage you to see pics for exact condition details and ask questions if you need additional information. As always, the item you see is the one you will get. Please see my feedback, I think that will show that I am an accurate and fair grader and make sure my customers are happy.

I will combine shipping for anyone who wins more than one item.  If you do need combined shipping, please wait for an invoice before paying.
