GRADING:

|||||Mint Vinyl: Sealed, or opened to verify pressing, but unplayed-----Jacket or Box: No obvious flaws;
|||||NM(+) Vinyl: Almost no sign of play, perhaps a spindle mark-----Jacket or Box: Minor ring wear, creased corner;
|||||NM- Vinyl: Almost NM, but with at most a few barely visible and inaudible scuffs-----Jacket or Box: Slightly more wear than NM;
|||||VG+(+) Vinyl: More obvious evidence of play and scuffs or light marks that will produce soft ticks but will not seriously impair enjoyment of the music-----Jacket or Box: Possible seam splits, writing (even if otherwise NM);
|||||VG(-) Vinyl: Clear evidence of play, with some audible clicks but no skips.....only rarer records offered in this condition-----Jacket or Box: Writing, larger seam splits, discoloration, bent corners

INNER SLEEVES: Original inner sleeves are provided, when possible. Many older mono LPs were sold without inner sleeves and quite a few stereo LPs were sold with transparent plastic ones. All LPs will be shipped with a replacement generic inner sleeve if the original is not available.

INSERTS and/or LIBRETTOS: These are provided when available, and their condition will be stated. It will also be noted if they are missing.

GRADING is strict and conservative, and records are guaranteed to be as described. Most LPs are graded visually and visible marks checked for audibility. Scuffs and scratches on older mono records are checked using a mono cartridge and are often barely audible, even though they might be clearly audible using a stereo cartridge. Grading is influenced accordingly. Nevertheless, mistakes happen and defects can occasionally be overlooked or be too small to detect. Most records are not cleaned before the auction, and cleaning is strongly advised before evaluation after purchase. If the records are not in the condition described a refund will be provided, minus the cost of shipping. If the records are seriously damaged in shipping, for example cracked or badly warped, please send photos;
I WILL NOT SHIP RECORDS IN THESE KINDS OF CONDITIONS!

Payment in $US would be greatly appreciated within 3 days of receipt of invoice unless other arrangements are made. Paypal is the preferred method of payment.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

ALL SHIPPING IS DONE USING AN ONLINE POSTAL SERVICE!
TRACKING INFORMATION IS INCLUDED FOR MOST SHIPPING OPTIONS WITH THIS SERVICE.

---Domestic mail by USPS anywhere in the US---

Priority Mail: The cost of shipping depends on the zip code. Media Mail remains the least expensive shipping option and is typically $4 for a single LP, including DELIVERY CONFIRMATION.

----Rest of the World----

THE PRINTING OF CUSTOMS FORMS ONLINE REQUIRES BUYER'S TELEPHONE NUMBER.
PROVIDING THIS INFORMATION WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

FIRST CLASS MAIL INTERNATIONAL (airmail) is the most economical choice for shipping smaller packages. Heavier LPs (early monaural records, for example) and LPs in deluxe jackets will generally be somewhat more expensive to ship. Currently, the typical cost of sending one record to Europe or Asia is between $15 and $18 for FIRST CLASS MAIL INTERNATIONAL. Shipping to Canada and Mexico is less costly, about $7 for single LP. Packages exceeding 4 lb must be shipped by PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL. EXPRESS MAIL CAN BE AN ECONOMICAL CHOICE FOR SOME BUYERS BECAUSE INSURANCE OF $100 IS INCLUDED IN THE COST. ITEMS EXCEEDING $80 IN VALUE WILL BE SHIPPED BY FIRST CLASS MAIL ONLY IF INSURANCE IS INCLUDED, NO EXCEPTIONS. SHIPPING BY PRIORITY MAIL (MORE EXPENSIVE) OR EXPRESS MAIL (MOST EXPENSIVE) ENABLES TRACKING OF THE PACKAGE.

---INVOICES WILL BE SENT WITHIN 3 DAYS OF END OF AUCTION AND WILL INCLUDE THE SHIPPING CHARGE---

PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR PAYMENT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE THE INVOICE.

All LPs and 78s are packed to the highest standards in mailers designed for shipping records.
LPs are always packed outside their jackets and a corrugated stiffener is used for extra strength, when needed.
