ARTIST: Art Pepper
LABEL: Interlude ?– MO-512 (1959 Mono)
TITLE: Pepper Pot!
CONDITION:
SLEEVE: VG+ / The front and back covers show some light ring wear. The back cover top seam has a thin light tear (probably from an old piece of tape). That spot has a 1 1/2" partial and clean 1 1/2" split there. And also has tiny spots of wear on the bottom corners.
RECORD: Looks great! Retains high original gloss w/ some light surface scuffs. I play graded this entire LP. Side A - the first three tracks play NM, tracks 4 & 5 play w/ some light background surface noise. Side B - track one plays great w/ 2 light background ticks, track two plays great, track three has 15 light background ticks at the beginning,, a few light ticks at the end of track four, and a whisper of light background surface noise on track five. There are a few spindle marks in Side A and a fair amount on Side B. All that said this record plays w/ really great sound presence! / VPI cleaned
COMMENTS: Original deep groove mono copy of this killer LP!
NOTE: VPI cleaned means that this record was cleaned on a professional $500 cleaning machine, which does wonders for the playback of all vinyl records !
