Description
Maroon and silver label, deep groove. Pepper is accompanied by Russ Freeman, piano; Chuck Flores, drums; Ben Tucker, bass on all 8 tracks. Cover: VG. The top edge has split almost entirely and is held together by 2 pieces of aging scotch tape. The spine has also completely split and is held together by scotch tape almost entirely across the spine. The back cover has soil and aging. The front cover has some scuff marks that correspond to a record ring, also some aging. Record: VG+. Visually shows only light wear, a few very light brush like marks on the surface, barely visible. There is some light background groove noise on the first 2 tracks on Side 1, the 3th track has some light crackling and clicks in places, and the 1st track on side 2. Balance of the record has only an occasional light crackle, barely audible. The background noise mentioned is light and the music can be clearly heard above this noise. The noise is not continuous. The record does not appear to have been played often. Moderately heavy vinyl. Audibly checked.
