CONDITION:
Sleeve: Beautiful & almost Mint- / The front cover is gorgeous w/ just a whisper of wear. The back cover is almost Mint- w/ a touch of wear and a tiny spot of light foxing. The bottom seam has a tiny spot of wear at the bottom right corner and a tiny light crease at the bottom left corner
Record: Retains high original gloss w/ some light surface scuffs, mostly on Side B. I play graded this entire LP and it plays VG++ w/ a little light random background surface noise / VPI cleaned
COMMENTS: Very nice original deep groove yellow & black label first pressing of this Art Pepper classic. Has LKL 12 293 D3 stamper in the dead wax.
Personnel: Art Pepper (alto saxophone), Conte Candoli (trumpet), Wynton Kelly (piano), Paul Chambers (bass), Jimmy Cobb (drums). Recorded at Contemporary Records Studio, Los Angeles, California on February 29, 1960.
