Description
Very rare first pressing in mono of The Artwoods "Art Gallery" album. The Artwoods were named for Arthur Wood the older brother of Ronnie Wood of The Stones and had Jon Lord on keyboards before he joined Deep Purple. The music has been described as R&B/Freakbeat whatever that is.The condition isn't too bad for it's age with the cover without rips or writing but the unlaminated rear sleeve is grubby. The disc is only in fair condition with scuffs and scratches though nothing major, there is a name? covered with a ballpoint though it's not large. There's a line just to the left of the label on the pics of the disc but it's just a reflection. It plays with a fair amount of crackle in the run in and out grooves but the tracks are pretty much scratch free on my Oracle/Koetsu Black. This record is listed at £700 in Record Collector though this one won't be worth that but there is a reserve on it. Good luck. I no longer sell to Italy, sorry.
