Art Blakey on Blue Note 4055 test pressing

This is the original, deep-groove, RVG-stamped, test “P”-pressing of Art Blakey “Meet me at the Jazz Corner of the World, Volume 2” on the white Plastylite labels of Blue Note 4055.  The playing surface on Side 1 has some superficial scuffing but appears to be hardly played; Side 2 is in beautiful condition, with a high luster.  Apparently, Blue Note attempted to sell the test pressing by attaching commercial label; the labels became detached and are included.  No art cover, as issued.

Personnel include Lee Morgan, Wayne Shorter, Bobby Timmons, and Jimmie Merritt.
