Description

ART BLAKEY Blue Note (Mono 1522) LP has the original "Bird Cover". The Art Blakey Quintet "A Night at Birdland: Volume 2" includes: Clifford Brown, Lou Donaldson, Horace Silver, Curly Russell & Art Blakey. The heavy vinyl has the double sided deep Groove, flat-edge & 161 Lexington Avenue address. The vinyl also has the RVG and "ear" in the dead wax, with no “r”. THE FLAT EDGE VINYL IS IN NEAR MINT CONDITION WITH CLEAN LABELS, CLOSE TO MINT! THE 'FRAME' COVER IS IN NEAR VG+ CONDITION Cover has seam splitting on top of the cover and on left side, but still in very good shape and condition. NO WRITTEN NAMES ETC. IN BALLPOINT OR PENCEL ON THE BACK OR ON THE FRONT. Songs 4 & 5 have very very small marks on backcover (please see picture) THE GRAPHICS ARE SHARP. VERY SOLID PRESSING and amazing collectible condition OF A BLUE NOTE RARITY!
