Label both sides is "47 West 63rd NYC". Label is deep groove both sides and has "P" aka "The Ear" with "RVG" in the runout on both sides.  Address on back cover is "43 W 61st St., New York 23" .

Record look VG++ and plays beautifully and quietly at M-.  Vinyl is bright and glossy and grooves look unplayed or nearly so. There a few scuffs. No scratches.  No spindle marks.  This is a very heavy pressing feels like about 200g.  A superb copy.    

Cover is VG++

Front cover is bright and glossy.  Back cover bright with some small writing in pencil and bit of stain at top.  On back, laminate slightly torn and folded at spine.  Very light overall wear. Tiny wear spots at corners with 1/4 inch wear to bottom at the pocket. Small piece of cover front and back cut away and missing at pocket.
