Description
Art Blakey & The Jazz Messengers, Free For All, BST 84170, with New York USA address, VAN GELDER* stamp and STEREO stamp, and Plastylite cursive P ("ear"). (see photos)
I really hate to give up this original album, it is one of the more sonically impressive titles in my collection. The sound of this record is excellent and the vinyl is in NM condition, with only a few paper scuffs. There is only a light crackle at the beginning of each side which tapers off quickly. There are no pops or skips, it plays perfectly throughout. The sleeve is NM (see pictures), the back of the sleeve could pass as Mint. Comes with original Blue Note inner sleeve. This is a great opportunity to own a superb sounding record in near mint condition. This title was to be Freddie Hubbard's last session with The Jazz Messengers.
*The Van Gelder stamp was used from 1961-1966, Free For All was released in 1964.
All Records are shipped outside the sleeve to protect from seam splits. Comes with a protective MOFI inner sleeve. Returns accepted, buyer pays return shipping.
Thanks for looking.
