Label both sides is "767 Lexington Ave NYC". Label is deep groove both sides and has "P" aka "The Ear" with "RVG" in the runout on both sides. Record is "Flat Edge".  Address on back cover is "767 Lexington Ave., New York 21".  Cover is a "Frame" style cover with no printing on spine.

Record looks and plays VG+.  There are some scuffs and light marks.  No heavy or long scratches.  Record has been played but is not worn or abused. Music plays strong and enjoyably with light surface noise well below level of music.  Few light, non intrusive ticks audible during quiet parts.      

Cover is VG

Front cover shows moderate overall wear.  Triangular slice of laminate missing at the spine.  Heavy wear at corners.  Bottom seam taped app 6 inches at pocket.    Back cover has moderate wear and hint of ring wear with with some small writing in pencil of price stain at top of spine.
