Label is "47 West 63rd NYC" and deep groove on both sides.  "RVG STEREO" and "The Ear" aka "P" in the runout both sides.    No address on cover.       

 Record plays VG+/VG++ with some light surface noise, especially on Side 1. Record looks VG+.  Light scuffs and some marks. No scratches.

Cover is VG+.

 Front cover has light to moderate wear. Piece of cellophane missing and another piece coming loose at the pocket. 2 small spots near middle where cellophane is buckling.   Bottom seam split 1/2 inch at pocket and app 2 inches in middle. Heavy wear spots at the corners and on the seams. Spine readable. Back cover has moderate wear.
