This is Savoy Records MG 12184, The Bill Dixon 7-Tette & Archie Shepp And The New York Contemporary 5, a maroon label original high fidelity issue of these seminal free jazz sessions featuring Don Cherry, John Tchicai, Ken McIntyre and Howard Johnson amongst many. The record is in near mint condition showing almost no signs of use. The labels are excellent. The original cover is near mint as well. A superb copy of this collectible original issue with no reserve. The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12.
