Description

Here for sale is a fab vintage story record by The Talking Book Corporation from 1919. This one is titled ‘The Tiger’ and has a great cardboard backing with a beautiful picture of a tiger. The reverse has some printed information on tigers and a poem entitled The Story of the Tiger Hunt, which I believe is what is read out on the record.

This would have been an educational record but it’s story and information seems very outdated now.

The card has a tear, several creases and shows general wear. The record has scratches and marks and is untested, but I would guess it wouldn’t work very well, so this is really being sold as a collectible display item.
