Description
Annette Hanshaw sings two great songs, "Cooking Breakfast for the One I Love" and "When A Woman Loves A Man," on Odeon 165990, with hot accompaniment. She's terrific as usual, and so is Muggsy Spanier, who gets 24 bars to solo on "Cooking."

This record is in gleaming EE+ condition except for (1) a very few unobtrusive stray ticks here and there and (2) a small adhesive remnant in on the outer rim on each side, not touching the grooves or affecting play. The record plays very well. It's still in its original Odeon sleeve, which has a one-inch sleeve split on one side and a six-inch seam split on the other side. It's a heavy, laminated pressing, contemporaneous to Okeh 41370. That's all.
