Description

Up for auction is a super rare private pressing of the french punk psych outfit Angel Face, A Wild Odyssey LP. Released in 1985 on Pacific Production Records 00001. Includes purple colored insert. Both cover and insert are numbered/stamped 0098. Angel Face were an early ‘74-’78 French psych punk band who relied A LOT upon The Stooges for their inspiration.

Song titles are:
WOLF CITY BLUES/12 1/2/PRIDE/ENDLESS ROAD/I DON’T CARE/SHADOWS AND LIGHT/BEFORE-NOW AND AFTER/BIKER’S RIDE

Visually vinyl is VG++ to Near Mint-. A few light scuffs or lines on side one. Side two looks pretty close to M-. Plays super loud, crisp, clear and clean. There is some very minor surface wear in the beginning of side one on the first song which then disappears. Near new looking shine, sheen and high gloss on vinyl. Center labels clean, bright colored and has a sharp cornered center hole.

Cover jacket has light shelf wear. Price sticker on back top right corner. Spine, seams and corners have super light wear. Cover grades VG+ to VG++. Insert is near perfect and looks new. Reportedly Angel Face never released any records until close to ten years after their reign, this being their sole amazing release.
