Description

An original mono pressing of Andrew Hill Point of Departure on Blue Note.  Van Gelder stamped in the dead wax and P etch is present.  Includes original inner sleeve.


Condition is as follows:


Vinyl - VG+  Side 1 visually is EX and plays NM.  Side 2 has a small area of several needle marks; this is not audible on my setup.  I graded this copy VG+ largely due to the visual imperfections on Side 2.  Overall, this copy plays NM with minimal to no background noise.  


Cover - VG+  The top seam looks to have been carefully repaired with glue, and you can see the aging color of the adhesive on the top of the back paste-on slick.  Besides this, the cover presents well with minimal aging, discoloration, or wear.
