Description

Up for sale here is an excellent copy of this great hard psych album by American Blues, titled "American Blues Do Their Thing." This album features Dusty Hill on vocals and bass, and Frank Beard on drums, both later to join ZZ Top. Released in 1968 on Uni Records, Stereo 73044. TRACK LISTING: You Were So Close To Me, Wonder Man, Just Plain Jane, Shady, Comin' Back Home, Captain Fire, Chocolate Ego, Nightmare of a Wise Man, Dreams, and Softly to the Sun. CONDITION: The cover is in VG+ condition. It has a small punch hole in the bottom left corner, and in the upper right corner, it has a rectangular area where a price sticker, I'm assuming, was torn off. It is about 1 inch long, and 1/4 inch wide. There is a little wear on the corners and a slight amount of ring wear at the bottom on the front cover, but it is not very visible. The vinyl is Near Mint-it has the LIGHTEST paper scuff imaginable on side 1, barely noticable unless held under direct light and really examined. Does not affect sound quality whatsoever. The vinyl is very glossy; the labels look glossy and have no wear. This album could not have been played more than a couple of times. NO RESERVE! Happy bidding! Shipping is $5.00 in the North America, $10.00 outside the continent. Thanks for looking and good luck.
