Aliotta Haynes Jeremiah - Lake Shore Drive - Big Foot Pressing BF 714.

Original cover has discolorations, scuffs and rough edges as well as surface runs (Pic 7).  It is complete but not without issue.

The inlay has folded corners and discolorations

The record however is in excellent condition and only exhibits a few very superficial surface scuffs. There are no scratches and there is no warping. A good clean runner.
