Description
Alice In Wonderland
(Music For Pleasure Records MFP1013). This superb double album, subtitled 'A Musical Fantasy' is an all-star musical version of the famous children’s story recorded in 1965.
The album includes special songs and music written by Phillip Green and Norman Newell, with a script based on the original book by Lewis Carroll. Orchestra conducted by Brian Fahey with backing vocals by The Lissa Gray Singers. The gatefold sleeve features some superb original illustrations by children's book illustrator Hilda Offen of the characters based on the actors taking part.
