Alice Cooper - School's Out [LP] 180 Gram Audiophile Vinyl,-Gatefold

Rolling Stone 500 Greatest Songs of All Time - "School's Out" - Rated 326/500!
180g Audiophile Vinyl Mastered by Friday Music's Joe Reagoso From Original Warner Tapes!

School's Out is one of Alice Cooper's most celebrated studio albums, largely due to the success of its title track, which spent three weeks at the top of the UK singles charts! This brilliantly arranged pseudo-concept album melds hard rock and vaudeville with a decidedly raw punk sound.

Friday Music is proud to release this 1972 classic as part of their ongoing Alice Cooper 180g Audiophile Vinyl Series. Produced by Bob Ezrin, this album forever etched the word superstar next to Alice Cooper's name, as this legacy recording has nothing but great memories of super hard rock and great songs fit for a king.

Aside from the anthem title track, the album contains equally strong album tracks like "Public Animal #9", "My Stars" and "Alma Mater". This multi-platinum effort also has been one of the most influential hard rock recordings of its time, and one of the biggest albums of Cooper's amazing career.

Mastered from the original Warner tapes at Friday Music Studios by Joe Reagoso and at Capitol Records in Hollywood.

This album has stood the test of time, and now has the most impeccable sound ever, complete with a very nice gatefold cover with the original art elements, and poly sleeve to protect your investment. Rock On!

"'The few minutes waiting for that final school bell to ring are so intense that when it happens, it’s almost orgasmic,' said Cooper. Inspired by a Forties Dead End Kids film series, the tune will live for as long as kids really, really hate school." - Rolling Stone
